In the depths of winter its hard to project forward, but spring is just around the corner and a spring wedding at Glenfall House is always glorious!
Deanna and Gavin flew in to Gloucestershire to celebrate with friends and family at Glenfall House on a bright but chilly April day. Deanna’s beloved Grandmother lives in the area and this made Glenfall House the perfect choice for their celebrations.
This is such a special venue. Glenfall House is a Grade II listed manor house just a couple of miles from the centre of the pretty spa town of Cheltenham. It’s set in over stunning 4-acres of gardens and parkland and is a family run business. This 18th century country house has been lovingly restored to host luxury weddings, private events and celebrations.
You could be a millions miles away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Its like having your very own manor house for the weekend! Its a magical place to be.
So without further ado, here is Deanna’s and Gavin’s beautiful wedding day for you to have a look at and swoon over! Enjoy…!
A bright but chilly day at Glenfall House for their wedding day. Whatever the weather Glenfall always looks incredible!
Nikki’s Notes… Deanna’s late Father was remembered with a picture tied to her bouquet to keep him with her throughout the day. This is a lovely idea if you have a loved one no longer with us that you want to bring into your wedding day.
Florist Clare of Lilyfee Floral Designs had worked with Deanna and Gavin to create stunning bouquets, button holes and corsages, and all of the floral decor for their day.
Doesn’t the ceremony room look incredible!!! Stunning fresh soft pinks and yellows to reflect the seasonal tones of spring.
Deanna’s very proud Uncle walked his niece down the aisle to Gavin. It as such a lovely moment and one they will both forever treasure.
Nikki’s Notes… I love that you can see Glenfall House in the reflection of the wedding rings on this image (above). I always look for an ‘oh look at that’ when taking these images for my clients.
Nikki’s Notes… A personalised poem makes for a lovely touch for a wedding day reading. It makes it so personal and special.
The stunning park lands at Glenfall House are filled with daffodils in the spring time. What a stunning backdrop for their wedding photographs.
And the blossom…. Its so pretty!
The weather was dry all day, not a cloud in the sky! And so guests were able to spill out into the stunning grounds after dinner to make the most of the setting sun on the terraces.
As the sun set everyone made their way back inside for dancing…
What an absolutely incredible day at Glenfall House for Deanna and Gavin! We loved being a part of their big day!
