Your Wedding Story
It’s about those unique moments, to ensure that you can relive your wedding day through beautiful and carefully curated wedding photographs. Smiling together at moments you didn’t even know had happened. Seeing the joy, the emotion, the love and the excitement on the faces of your friends and family.
It’s seeing the movement in your wedding dress as you danced all night in each other’s arms and remembering how it felt. It’s the moment you first saw you each other as you walked down the aisle and the emotion that washed over you as you wiped away that stray tear. It’s your memories being captured just for you both for all eternity.
We are thoughtful photographers and work closely with you to create your Wedding Story. So much of the planning is done behind the scenes and in advance of the day itself to create the story of your wedding day that is bespoke to you. A beautifully told, carefully curated visual story of your wedding day. Its your marker in history. An heirloom you have created to be passed on to the generations to come.
So what does it all cost?
Although your wedding day memories will be priceless, experience, qualifications, professional and technical knowledge gained over many years of working in world of wedding photography comes at a cost. The Team and I will give our all on your wedding day to ensure that your wedding day is captured beautifully; that’s guaranteed.
The Wedding Photography Collections
I often get asked for an ‘off the shelf’ wedding package price and therefore there are three Micro Wedding/Small Wedding Collections for you to choose from (below). However if these don’t quite mirror your exact vision for your wedding celebrations lets chat and I will create a Bespoke Wedding Collection just for you.

Small or Micro Weddings
Small/Micro Wedding Collection 1 at £999
For Micro Weddings/Small Weddings – coverage for the key moments.
- Covering the key ceremony and immediately after including group photographs and your couple wedding portraits.
- For small, intimate weddings with up to 35 people in attendance.
- A pre-wedding consultation over Zoom to discuss your wedding plans – I want to hear ALL the details!
- Me with you from just before your ceremony starts, then covering your wedding ceremony, and time for group photographs and photographs of you both afterwards.
- Based on one location for both the ceremony and the reception. Different locations may require additional time, travel costs, parking allowances, etc. Venues outside Gloucestershire will have additional travel costs added.
- Collection 1 covers up to 2 hours on the day.
- Full post production work of your digital wedding photographs and the creation of your Wedding Story. Digitally supplied on a wooden USB in a fine art linen USB box.
- Your Wedding Story couriered to you with a complimentary bottle of champagne for you to watch together at home.
- An online password protected gallery for your family and friends to view your wedding story.
Small/Micro Wedding Collection 2 at £1999
For Micro Weddings/Small Weddings – coverage from the end of bridal prep to your before dinner speeches.
- For when you want photography coverage from the end of bridal prep to the end of your before dinner speeches.
- For small, intimate weddings with up to 35 people in attendance.
- A pre-wedding consultation over Zoom to discuss your wedding plans – I want to hear ALL the details!
- Me with you from final bridal prep through to your before dinner speeches
- Based on one location for both the ceremony and the reception. Different locations may require additional time, travel costs, parking allowances, etc. Venues outside Gloucestershire will have additional travel costs added.
- Full post production work of your digital wedding photographs and the creation of your Wedding Story. Digitally supplied on a wooden USB in a fine art linen USB box

- Me + Photographers Assistant with you from final bridal prep through to your first dance

Please note for all of the above Collections that the complimentary bottle of champagne can only be sent to UK addresses due to customs regulations and weight for posting overseas.
how to BOOK
I only photograph up to 10 weddings per year. So do get in touch as soon as possible to check that your date is available. If your wedding date is available then its really straight forward. There is a non-refundable booking fee* of £500 which is payable on booking. The non-refundable booking fee ensures that your wedding photography with me is booked and your date is taken out of the bookings diary so that no one else can swoop in and take it! The Booking Fee can be paid for using a credit or debit card via the online shop. The balance is then due a calendar month before your wedding day.

Your Bespoke Engagement Photo Shoot

As a bespoke wedding photographer I photograph a limited number of weddings every year. I am based in the Cotswolds and cover both this area, London, and overseas. Including destination weddings in the Cotswolds for those coming to this glorious part of the English countryside to get married.

*The Non Refundable Booking Fee
The Non Refundable Booking Fee is paid to save your date. This means that my time and the time of other Team members is booked for the date chosen. This means that all further enquiries for that day are declined. The fee also covers pre wedding meetings (up to two including the initial consultation), all administration and organisational costs, including the cost of doing business. A large amount of work is completed before the wedding date and this is what the Booking Fee covers and why it is non-refundable.
