What’s not to love about a wedding at Foxhill Manor!
This Grade II listed Arts and Crafts private five star manor house hotel in the Cotswolds overlooks the pretty village of Broadway. Everything from the vies, the interiors, the food, the team, the rooms, you name it, its absolutely on point.
Foxhill Manor was the chosen setting for the autumn wedding of Halloween fans Vicky and Kelvin. They had chosen this luxury retreat for their intimate micro wedding with just close family and friends in attendance to celebrate their special day. Their original wedding date had to be postponed thanks to the pandemic and so when the new date finally arrived everyone was thrilled to bits for them.
Vicky and Kelvin love Halloween and all the dressing up that goes along with this time of year. This was the theme the incorporated into their wedding. Opting for burnt oranges and seasonal autumnal colours set off with pumpkins and broomsticks!
This lovely couple had thought of everything and everyone when planning their wedding. So many well thought through elegant details and thoughtful touches throughout meant that their guests wanted for nothing.
Here is their autumn micro wedding for you all to enjoy…
Vicky and Kelvin had brought their families into the day as well as showcasing images from the socially distanced photo shoot we had on the day they originally due to be married and from their engagement photo shoot.

Vicky opted to get ready in the Oak Suite. A beautiful large suite with elegant features that are perfect for showcasing bridal details.
I loved the reaction of the bridesmaids and flower girls as they saw Vicky in her wedding dress for the first time!
Guests were entertained by Magician Richard with his close up magic.
Even though it was a grey chilly day with showers we took our opportunities where we could and dodged the showers to take these gorgeous couple portraits in the grounds of Foxhill Manor.
Having recce’d the venue with the couple (and already knowing it well) we created a list and a mini route of where we wanted to take their portraits.
“We settled down with the champagne to watch the slideshow and we loved it! The wedding day was a bit of a blur so having these photographs is brilliant, it’s already brought back moments we’d forgotten and others we don’t remember happening!”
Vicky & Kelvin
Whilst guests were being entertained, the team at Foxhill Manor were turning the room around to create this elegant wedding breakfast set up.
In my other world I am also a global multi award wining food photographer and so I always take the images of the wedding breakfast food too.
Vicky and Kelvin had a great game! Vicky had challenged Kelvin to guess what her dress would be like – he wasn’t far off!
The wedding cake picked up on Vicky and Kelvin’s other love of Venice, carnival, and masquerade balls.
I loved that even though we had taken the sparkler shot, that friends and family danced around the happy couple in the chilly evening air.
Vicky and Kelvin chose Collection 3 for their wedding day.
