The most beautiful, elegant, and personal wedding at The Pittville Pump Room took place for Laurence and El.
Not fans of being in front of the camera and wanting a simple and elegant wedding with just their nearest and dearest there with them, this lovely couple chose the Pittville Pump Room in Cheltenham for their wedding day celebrations.
The evening before they had all partied across in Winchcombe at a black tie dinner and dance with the following day being their wedding day. It was a little like having your wedding reception before your wedding day and it worked a treat! This also meant that El and Laurence could be whisked off in a taxi cab after their drinks reception to their mini moon at Calcot Manor.
It was a chilly winters day just a week before Christmas …
Laurence had opted for a dark French navy suit for his wedding day.
This smart thinking couple had made centre of the Pump Room the focal point for their wedding day. Creating a circle of chairs and in doing so created a circle of friends and family to witness their vows.
El arrived in a Mini! Effortlessly cool!
As the ceremony started; El was escorted into the Pump Room on the arm of her Father…
A beautiful and romantic ceremony then took place…
With wedding rings from Tiffany & Co.
A perfect setting and a perfect day for a perfect couple…
And a sneaky kiss whilst getting everyone in place for photographs (below)!
The new Mr & Mrs standing on the steps of the iconic Pump Rooms…
They then came inside and we went upstairs for their drinks reception. Champagne, cheese, and cake!
And through a Jane Austen inspired rustic natural arch…
Lots of fun and laughter and chatter as everyone caught up and shared their favourite moments…
And of course some heartfelt speeches that had everyone in tears…
It was all a little overwhelming for this guest (below)…
One of the loveliest things about weddings is the generations coming together…
And then it was time to leave through a flurry of confetti…
How lovely to also take the time to celebrate the wedding anniversary of Grandparents too on the same day!
And off they go… congratulations El and Laurence…
