Pittville Pump Room Wedding

So how did I do it? Editing tips & tricks…!

When you enter images into competitions they are viewed from a technical perspective and that means that any distractions need to be removed. This is a great example of removing said distractions and I was awarded a BRONZE bar for this one from The Guild of Photographers.

This image was taken at The Pittville Pump Room where I am the recommended wedding photographer at the wedding of Rachel and Simon in February of this year. Check out their wedding story.

For most of us we love that the huge chain running through the image reminds us of the massive jaw dropping chandelier that hangs from it in the middle of the Pump Room, one of the most iconic buildings in Gloucestershire. However to a Judge its a distraction and so it had to go and so as you can see there were a lot of tweaks to get this to competition ready level!
